ACM Impact Modifier

    The impulse resistance modifier ACM is the interpenetration network copolymer of slightly chlorinated HDPE and acrylate- - -ACM resin, which overcomes the weakness of high vitrification temperature and poor dispersion of CPE, and the impulse resistance modification effect of low temperature is obvious.            

    ACM is used in the same way as CPE, where the extruder current and torque may decrease slightly, and the amount of external lubricant must be reduced until the current and torque of ACM are the same or slightly higher as the original CPE. 


    The low temperature notch impact strength of PVC resist modified PVC products is related to the vitrification temperature of PVC resist modifier. The lower the vitrification temperature, the higher the low temperature impact resistance strength.Both CPE and anti-resistant ACR modified PVC products have sea-island structure. Under the same proportion of sea-island structure, the toughness of PVC products is related to the sea card softening point, the lower, the better the toughness of the product.The Marine vika softening point of PVC products is related to the molecular structure of PVC resist modifier, and linear polymermolecules can be dispersed in PVC phase in the molecular state to reduce the intermolecular force of PVC, thus reducing the vika softening point of PVC and greatly increasing the toughness of PVC products.
